ELEV8 MMA is a Mixed Martial Arts center situated in Heidelberg West with a strong focus on Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Functional Fitness, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Japanese Free Style Ju-jitsu and Yoga. We take a holistic approach to training that covers many facets including, technique, strength & conditioning, and nutrition. Shane Holt
YOGAShane has been practicing Yoga since 2014 and teaching since 2016. Shane studied with Anna Quest at Inanna Yoga School Melbourne and at Tattvaa Yogashala Rishikesh, India. He has also practiced and attended retreats and workshops throughout Australia, India, Bali and USA. Shane found Yoga through Meditation, after having a deep interest in Meditation since 2012 and attending workshops and meditation groups frequently and eventually found his passion Yoga. Shane teaches an Ashtanga influenced Vinyasa class and Meditation. He has his 350 hour Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching and is a Registered Level 1 Teacher through Yoga Australia.
