NOTICE PERIOD
A minimum of 14 days notice is required for all membership cancellations. Your membership and direct debit will continue for 14 days from the date your cancellation email is received.
CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
NO CANCELLATION FEES
There are no fees for cancelling. You can cancel at any time — we just ask for 14 days notice so we can process it properly.
UNUSED TRAINING
Any training days remaining within your notice period are yours to use. We don't offer refunds for unused classes within the notice period.
HOLD PERIOD
You can place your membership on hold for up to 3 months. Your direct debit pauses for the duration of the hold and resumes automatically on the end date you provide.
PLACING YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD
NOTICED REQUIRED
14 days notice is required to place a hold, the same as a cancellation. Please plan ahead where possible.
NEED LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS?
If your circumstances require a longer hold, get in touch and we'll discuss options. We'd rather work something out than lose you — just talk to us.
MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
Upgrades, downgrades, or changes to your membership type also require 14 days notice to take effect. Email us and we'll process it for you.
UPGRADING OR CHANGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
If a scheduled direct debit payment fails, we'll contact you to resolve it. If payments continue to fail without contact from you, membership access may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. We'll always try to reach you before suspending access.
FAILED PAYMENTS
All requests must be submitted by email.

· Your full name
· The type of request (cancellation, hold, or membership change)
· For holds: the start date and end date of the hold period
We'll confirm your request within 2 business days. If you don't hear back, follow up — we want to make sure it's been received and actioned.
