Most gym routines go nowhere. You turn up, get tired, and six months later you’re no stronger. ELEV8 Strength & Conditioning runs in planned 6–8 week strength cycles, coached every session, so you actually improve.

Every week balances strength, conditioning, accessory work and mobility — using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and our full commercial gym floor. Every workout is scaled to where you’re at.

TRAINING WITH A PLAN.

THE ELEV8 S&C METHOD

STRENGTH

Squat, deadlift, press and pull in progressive 6–8 week cycles. Strength that carries into martial arts, sport and life.

CONDITIONING

Metabolic conditioning on the rower, bike, ski and floor. Fitness to go harder for longer and recover faster.

MOBILITY

Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, cables and machines to build muscle and bulletproof joints, with mobility in every warm-up and cool-down.

Strength is the foundation everything else is built on. We train it three ways, in progressive 6–8 week cycles, so the numbers on the bar keep moving and the strength carries into everything else you do.

STRONGER FOR LIFE.

PILLAR 1 — STRENGTH

MAX STRENGTH

Heavy squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls. The higher your ceiling, the easier everything below it feels — from carrying the shopping to rolling with a bigger partner.

POWER

Jumps, throws and fast lifts. Moving quickly keeps you athletic, sharpens your reactions and protects you from falls and injury as you get older.

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

Higher-rep and sustained work that keeps your muscles going when it counts — the late rounds, the long hike, a full day on your feet.

Conditioning isn’t just going hard until you drop. We build all three energy systems so you can go harder, for longer, and recover faster between efforts — on the mats, on the field and in life.

AN ENGINE THAT LASTS.

PILLAR 2 — CONDITIONING

AEROBIC BASE

Longer, steady efforts at a pace you could hold a conversation at. It builds your heart, speeds up recovery and supports every harder session.

THRESHOLD

Hard but controlled efforts that raise the pace you can hold before you blow up. This is where your fitness really moves.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING

Short, high-intensity pieces on the rower, bike, ski and floor. Builds your capacity for repeated bursts — the scramble, the sprint, the final round.

PILLAR 3 — ACCESSORY

Accessory work fills the gaps the big lifts leave. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, cables and our commercial machines, we build muscle, fix imbalances and armour the joints that take a beating.

A BODY THAT LASTS.

MUSCLE

Targeted work for the muscle that supports your lifts, your posture and your metabolism. Strength needs somewhere to live.

BALANCE

Single-arm and single-leg work that evens out left-to-right differences, so one side isn’t doing all the work.

RESILIENCE

Core, upper back, hamstrings and shoulders — the areas that most often break down in training, sport and life.

Mobility is built into every warm-up and cool-down, not left for when something hurts. Better range means better positions, better lifts and fewer injuries.

MOVE WELL, PAIN FREE.

PILLAR 4 — MOBILITY

RANGE

Opening up hips, ankles, shoulders and spine so you can get into good positions without forcing them.

CONTROL

Owning that range — moving through it with balance and coordination, not just reaching it.

STABILITY

Holding strong positions under load and on the move, so your joints stay protected when the work gets heavy.
