Muay Thai, also known as “the art of eight limbs,” employs punches, kicks, elbows, and knees as striking tools, with emphasis on clinch work. At ELEV8 MMA, Muay Thai is taught not only for self-defence and sport - but also for fitness, skill development, and respect for the martial art’s cultural heritage.

Classes welcome all skill levels - whether you’re new to striking or sharpening competition skills. Training is designed to be fun, fitness-oriented, and grounded in genuine Muay Thai methodology.
