Our fitness classes focus on training real-world movements - think squats, box jumps, over head press, and running - to improve how your body operates in everyday life and athletic endeavors.

Each session will typically consist of 3 sections:

  1. Activations - activating specific muscle groups to assist with the programed workout.

  2. Strength work - a range of core strength exercises that cover upper body and lower body push pull movements. These will typically include, deadlifts, Squats, bench press and overhead press.

  3. Metabolic conditioning - high-intensity work to boost endurance and fitness. All sessions are professionally coached and cater for beginners through to advanced.
