THE GRAPPLING AREA.

SPACE 02

A large, purpose-built matted space for BJJ, wrestling, and Sanda Wushu. The mats are cleaned after every session — because the quality of what happens on them demands it. Enough space to train hard without getting in each other's way.

Disciplines trained on these mats

The mats are built different.

A sprung floor isn't standard in most gyms. It's an investment — in the safety of every athlete who trains on it, and in the longevity of their training career.

Ours was purpose-built and installed from the ground up. Sprung floors absorb impact, reduce joint stress on knees and hips, and allow athletes to train harder with faster recovery. For BJJ, wrestling, and Sanda Wushu — disciplines that involve takedowns, throws, and mat work — the quality of the surface you train on matters more than most people realise.

This is what it looks like when a facility is built by people who actually train.
